Hug the World is over..and November is BUSY!!

Hello everyone, we just wanted to extend a huge thanks to everyone that attended Hug the World, to all of the volunteers who helped make it happen, to all of the venues who hosted us, and of course to the cast and crew. The last show at College Park Memorial Cemetery was really amazing and it was great to see so many new and familiar faces show up. That was also cast members Blair and Lisa’s last night in Houston before they moved on to different places…we miss you already!!

Here’s a little something to remember us by…since this scene got cut (SORRY NOT SORRY!!).

We don’t have any larger shows going up in November, but we have SO MUCH going on. Here’s a list so you can mark stuff in your calendars/plan where to take your dates to/come alone because it’s just that good.

Sunday November 3rd
Our friends at Poison Girl Bar do this great thing every first Sunday of the month where they pick a non-profit to donate some of the nights proceeds to. For November they picked us!! We will be reprising Victorian Gore, A Cautionary Tale (the shadow puppet piece we did for the last Puppet Festival) and our buds Camella Clements and Larkin Elliott will come perform their piece Frogophobia (it’s about Marvin Zindler!). We will be there hanging out from about 4pm on so stop by and have a drink…it’s for charity! 1641 Westheimer.

Thursday November 7th
Every first Thursday of the month the Mid Main area hosts a similar event, and this month they have chosen the very cool Imprint to benefit. They invited us to do a mini-Storytime at Double Trouble at 7pm. Come stop by and say hi and have a drink…it’s for charity!!

Tuesday November 19th
Grown-up Storytime 61. More info here!

Saturday November 23rd
The BooTown Bash! More info here! RSVP on FaceBook here! Purchase tickets here!
This is our first large fundraising event of this magnitude and we are very excited, and a little nervous, so come and make us not-nervous! You will be hearing a lot more about this over the next month so stay tuned.

And to reward you for making it thru all of that business, here is a gif of a dog riding a dolphin.
